SYNOPSIS:
After his death, Fernando Ruiz Vergara left dozens of notes and scripts for films he could never make. The Andalusian filmmaker had only directed one documentary, «Rocío», heartbreaking and fascinating, cursed after its judicial censorship in the early years of democracy in Spain. Since then, his projects have remained latent in imagination and desire. In «Caja de resistencia», we fabulate with those dreamed projects to reinterpret them from the present, as a gesture of resistance.

SYNOPSIS:
The legend of an ancient and forgotten civilization lies buried under a large expanse of dunes. For more than a century, a number of travelers have reached this remote and desolate territory looking for the traces of ancient
inhabitants, the ruins of a city, or perhaps a sort of lost utopia.
Ignorant of these myths and the romantic delusions of archaeologists and adventurers, a few men, barely visible among the sands, today inhabit in solitude that place facing the sea.

SYNOPSIS:
In a conflictive neighbourhood in a southern city, a group of gypsy and non-gypsy teenagers try to put together their own version of “Romeo and Juliet”. However, half way through the year one of the young men is accidentally killed in a shoot-out, which provokes an internal debate on violence and the end of the theatre piece among the young members. The intervention from their Language and Literature teacher and her innovative teaching method is key for resolving the conflict. Five years later we find them again to see their progress, their physical changes and, above all, the evolution in their way of thinking. A story of success and overcoming among young people whose lives are full of obstacles.

SYNOPSIS:
Despite having never been on stage, 6 old men from a nursing home unit decide to create a theatre company. Their ages range between 65 and 95. Every day they fight against their own bodies, some burdened with Parkinson’s or Alzheimer’s, which turns the rehearsals into a battleground against the clock in order to dominate the text.
Their work is not aimed towards their elderly colleagues. It is for their families, their carers and, above all, for a society that tends to leave them to one side.
